        For the mentor

The rhythm of a good session

        1. First 5 minutes: What has happened since the last session? Were the steps taken?
        2. Main part: The mentee sets the agenda; the mentor asks more and tells less.
        3. Last 10 minutes: The mentee puts the insight in their own words, and the steps are written down with who does what by when.
        4. Closing: The date of the next session goes into the calendar right then.
